Florida House Bill 1307 With the approval of this legislation the State of Florida added a new section to the State statute authorizing an owner and/or contractor to select a licensed provider to perform plan review and building inspection services.

Private Provider Services.
As a certified and insured provider of construction services our goal at Quorum Services is to ensure that your project is done on time and on budget. We are certified and insured throughout the state to provide building code, plan review and inspections for all construction disciplines.
Our services are performed as outlined by the Florida Building Code and the documentation of these services are maintained with the highest amount of integrity and service and are accessible to our clients. Please note when selecting a private provider, the Statute requires notification to the municipality at the time of application for a permit that indicates the intent to choose such services and complies with section 553.791, Florida statutes.
Departmental Services.
Quorum provides customized services which encompass either complete or supplemental support management for municipality and county agencies. This may encompass the provision of either part time or full time professional or support staff capable of performing FS-468 services that are fully certified and licensed in trade specific tasks and many of whom are multi certified professionals.
An additional option for many groups is our ability to supplement support staffing on a limited part time basis with any of the required disciplines or practices including building officials, inspections and support technicians. This service addresses the demands and flexes of peak periods of construction where there is a particular gap in availability of staff due to vacations, illness or any other emergency staffing needs.
